We are seeking a software engineer to develop health & fitness software for the iPhone, using the iPhone SDK. We are looking for talented candidates with a passion for software development, who ideally have a general interest in health & fitness, can work with little or no supervision (self-motivated) and have a history a creativity and innovation in various fields. Our applications are object-oriented, use state-of-the-art user interface, and take advantage of the latest programming technologies. You will learn how to develop competitive and sophisticated applications for mobile devices.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain the finest iPhone health, fitness and nutrition applications, with a strong emphasis on user interface and performance, using the latest technologies available.
Required Qualifications:
- B.S Computer Science.
- Apple Mac & iPhone product development experience using Objective C / Cocoa and the iPhone SDK.
- Fast learner, autonomous and requiring little supervision.
- Self-motivated, strong attention to details, ability to think clearly, creatively and independently.
- Experience in object-oriented design and structured software development process.
- Experience in the complete life cycle of developing and releasing software products.
Plusses:
- Infrared (IrDA), Bluetooth, GPS and network programming experience.
- Web development experience.
- Database (relational, ODBC) development experience.
